CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES ROLE

Job Summary: ​​

We are looking for a hard-working individual with customer support experience to join our customer service team in Saintfield, 20 minutes from Belfast.

With 43 years of continuous growth, Flanagan Flooring is a major supplier of flooring products within Ireland (North and South) and Scotland. Delivering to the flooring retail and commercial trade, we pride ourselves in being a market leader and going above and beyond to serve our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join the company as an integral part of our team.

You will act as the first point of contact for customer orders and queries. There is also the opportunity to be trained on other office job roles.

Hours: 9:00am - 5.15pm Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working within our Customer Support team, you will manage inbound telephone calls and emails, offering first class customer service when addressing customer needs.

  • Accurately process customer’s orders on our in-house computer system and responding to queries quickly and efficiently

  • Check stock and process orders for our on-the-road sales representatives.

  •  Liaise with our company in Scotland and monitor stock and deliveries between locations.

  •  Taking messages and transferring calls

  •  Assist with any office filing, matching or amendments to dockets.

  •  Provide product advice on our wide range of flooring products.

  • Work with our operations team to ensure prompt deliveries to customers.

    The jobholder should also perform any other task or activity that falls within the overall scope of the job.
